That is hilarious, wall sockets are not that expensive he could have followed through and put one in.

could of found a gromet or drilled a hole in fire wall to run it through too.

yeah, no fuse on that power wire and left the 'male' plug exposed when his amp is 'off'. I was hoping that it was a non polarized plug on that extension cord and POOF!, but no.

It's amazing to me the ingenuity that people will put into hooking up a stereo when they want to do it cheap. Usually, winds up costing them 3 times as much in the long run.

The wire job is so bad that you find yourself overlooking the fact that the cd player is just sitting in the dash and the subs are riding in the back seat. Wow.
