ya i would have to say after i saw that the new skyline looked like a 250z/infinitq35 i felt like puking. what happened to aggressive styling. the new skyline doesnt even ressemble anything in all of the skyline family. o well i still wouldnt mind having one ... but just not the same " omg i have a boner " feel from looking at it

The actual car will look far different from that, if it is ever produced. I really don't like it. I think many changes will take place before something like that goes into production.

in response to the new skyline statements, the G35 has been the american counterpart for the skyline since its inception IIRC, they did not have a GTR version though. lots of people are pissed that they did away with the RB series, but hey emissions laws are emissions laws.

honestly, i didn't really expect the GTR to look drastically different from the current skyline setup, but it still sucks. the only familiar sight people will see from them are the circular tail lights.

and IMHO, this new lexus should NOT carry the supra namesake. they're hunting for a completely different target market with this car. the last iteration was in competition with TT 300z's, NSX, etc... this one they are shooting for ferrari's and ford GT's. way different car.
