1993 white mazda miata with a hardtop, racing beat swaybars and springs swaybar ends and brace kits and tokiko shocks, full polyurethane bushing replacement, racing beat power pulse cold air intake, full racing beat exhaust (header, sport connecting pipe, power pulse muffler), centerforce clutch, racing beat aluminum flywheel 9lbs instead of 19  , mmmiata strut bar up front, mmmmiata subframe braces front and rear, hard dog sport bar, short shift kit, brembo rotors and stainless lines.
It wouldnt be my daily driver, because of its size and my size in it.
The guy wants $3500.
anybody know anything about putting a rotary in a miata? lol
i might get it and put a 1.9 turbo in it.

seth, its not blitzmr2's, his doesnt have all the racing beat goodies and doesnt have the hardtop.
with all this suspention stuff, that hard top,and the sport bars for when the hard top is off, will make that car stiffer than hell. im excited, hoping i can find enough monies to get it.

Ahh, after I posted that I went and double checked and noticed that his was mostly stock and with a soft top, and he is only asking $2900. A month ago, I would have sold my car and bought it, but now I'm stuck with the Civic for a while. Good luck with getting ahold of that Miata though, if you decide to get it.
Edit* Craig, here is some info on another one up here in Louisville for sale:
1993 Miata. A package (power steering, leather-covered steering wheel, power mirrors), factory LSD. 117K miles. New-ish top (around 2 years old), recent maintenance (new OEM water pump, valve cover gasket, plugs and wires). CD player, otherwise I believe it is completely stock. Paint peel/chips in 3 or 4 spots, about the size of a quarter. No rust.
Will post pics in a few days (once it gets above absolute zero outside).
$2900

miata are a great car
trust me i know
i built Jon King's car
300+hp
once you get a turbo on them, they are alot more fun, and alot faster
stay away from the stage 1-2 supercharger kits unless you are gonna run serious boost, trust me from experience, the superchargers are way outta their effeciency at anything less that 15+ psi
anyhows, any miata questions ill be happy to answer
the 1994 were the first year with the 1.8 liter motor, everything before that was the 1.6 which is a descendant of the 323 mazda engine, which is majorly overbuilt
the best miata motor to date is the 99 motor, it has the best cams/head combination of any year
www.flyinmiata.com has the mount kit to swap a 1.8 into a 1.6 car for around 100 bucks, that and i highly highly reccoment flying miata (i have met and talked to Bill cardell, the owner when jons car was being dynoed in grand junction)
they make fine daily drivers if you dont need a huge trunk and dont mind looking at the lugnuts on trucks lol
