always had a prob with firestones wearing out way before they are rated to. Spend the cash and get some kuhmos or yokos. Trust me, they're worth the xtra $$

Yeah, i always had a problem with keeping those tires on my explorer, but i don't know why.... General Tire makes a low profile tire these days, well they did till they went under. get some douglas rubber, they sell it at wal-mart :p

an suv will roll of your tegs hood gets under it three inches..trust me most my family on one side or the other is on an emergancy team or in the med field.. the rest are computer geeks like us.. hehe.. we anyways... they've seen more fatalies because of the suv roll over in a collision with a small car than anything else....like i've seen where one teg got pushed by an explorer into a second suv infront of him.. I think it was a lincoln..couldn't tell it was down a hill and in shreds....the teg got under the lincol like 3 inches and lifted the wheels up just enough to where when the driver reacted...it flipped....the one in back bout flipped when his bout climbed over the teg...
teg teg driver how ever escaped un harmed..well at least with out a major injury. :D
It seems these days its not racers or biker boys it's suv drivers that are organ donors in the er :p

wouldn't that go for anything about the same height? I mean, I know that the SUVs are a little top-heavy, but when something gets under you, such as a small Integra, wouldn't that cause it(a full size truck)to flip as well?

If I were you and you did not have the money to be spending on expensive tires then go with them if you do get some nice tires btw get a camber kit first either way it goes :)
