oh you will... statistically 90% of new riders go down within the first 6 months of owning their first bike... not fun

Yea Ive read the statistics, and am not so high and mighty to think I wont be want of them. Thats why I dont want to be spending too much money on something I could end up bringing great damage too.


But there has to be someone selling something around town!!!!

If in fact this is going to be your first bike... and you don't have any other biking experience i.e. dirtbikes... then I would strongly advice getting something smaller than a 600cc... the experts recommend starting on a 250cc because of they're lack of power and they're hella more forgiving than a 600cc+ crotch rocket. Be that as it may... it's your life... do as you please... but good luck hunting

I used to ride dirt bikes back home, and had friends with 250's and other smaller bikes. They were fun, but just not what im looking for. I have experience, but not alot. Not alot of confidence, but o well. I cant seem to find anything anyways. Thanks though

yea...this gixxer600 was my first bike ever...i havent had any experience on dirt bikes or anythign....i just rode an 2004 r6 of a guy i work with at custom automotive and then decided i needed to get one. but as long as you arent trying to do everything at its limits then you shouldnt have that much of a problem.
