Anyone got suggestions on window cleaning? I know it sounds trivial but I absolutely cannot get the smears off my windshield with anything less than 30 mins with a buffing pad no matter what glass cleaner I've used

get a bottle and put windshield washer fluid in it, and wipe it off with newspaper. seems like it doesnt leave streaks.

Hmmm, sounds like you got some nasty stuff.

I don't even use glass cleaner anymore. Go to wal-mart, buy a shammy (the ones that come in different colors in a plastic container), then wet it with clean water, till its soaked, then twist the .... out of it until all the access water is out, then clean your windows... repeat process until windows are clean. No streaks and no chemicals!

I usually just dry them on the outside with the shammy like said above.

Inside, I just use aerosol window cleaner with a clean, dry cotton towel.

When I detail cars I use Invisible Glass Cleaner with a Microfiber Glass Towel...Works wonders IMO

Stoner-Invisible Glass window cleaner and microfiber or ***:D preferably newspapers (black and white only) works wonders
