need help
my sis has a 97 acura cl 2.2 and it started actn up 2nite when she got off work as in when she tryed to leave all it does isd flash the lights ..it doesnt turn over or anything nothn comes on but the lights inside and outside and they all flash thats it anybody possably have an idea as to wat it can be thank you for any help

Soundslike a factory alarm to me. Search and see if there is any way to turn it off without a remote. I had a Jeep Cherokee that the alarm would act up sometimes. I would have to take the key and cycle it back and forth in the passenger door lock cylinder to shut it off.

for the record, that method does NOT work on STi's, my alarm went off the whole time the accessport was uninstalling. So we unplugged all the horns and beepers

i owned a 3000gt and it had an anti theft system
i triggered the system and it locked the car down sounds like what your problem is my car had a code that i had to enter into the factory stereo and it reset everything not sure if the 97 cl has that but my 3000gt was a 93 sl so that could possibly be your problem
